Film is my life's blood, and as such, I fear for its eventual end. I, with a white knuckled grip hang on for dear life. Film and the theater have provided me with incredible love, hope, inspiration, and ultimately a career. A relatively new medium, Film has a history of only a century. But because of it's accessibility it has gained great power and all but trumped other art forms as being the medium of choice for the populous. Film being the catalyst for great entertainment, has invaded every facet of our modern lives. It is at this time with digital technology being where it is, we must take a step back and evaluate the art form, shed the old trappings of a bygone and romantic era, and evolve.
